WHERE ARE THE SAFFRON COMING FROM?

Our saffrons are coming frome Gaenat city in province of Khorasan.

But this is not the only suprise. During the past years we selected our saffrons from the best field of Gaenat.

HOW IS THE QUALITY CONTROL FOR THE CAVIARS ARE DONE?

Good quality caviar should have distinct globes that separate when you roll them on the roof of your mouth with a firm and glossy appearance. They need to pop up rather than taste mushy. When you open a tin, the caviar should be glittery each egg sparkling as diamond, not oily or murky. The whole process of quality control of our caviar are being done in lab. 

WHAT ARE THE INDICATORS OF HIGH QUALITY PISTACHIOS?

The pistachio standards set by Iran and the USA provide the following key quality indicators for in-shell pistachio: moisture, closed-shell pistachio, dark stained shells, cracks and laterally split shells, damage by pests, kernel, foreign matter, and uniformity in color, cultivar, and size.
